Cold Moon Over Babylon
I can't rate this book highly enough. Suspenseful, terrifying, full of strong characters one can easily relate to and sympathize with. McDowell may well be America's greatest male writer of female characters and his books deserve to be much better known. If you like horror but think that Stephen King is racist and anti-woman, do yourself a favor and read this, or any other, by Malcolm McDowell.
